CAPABILITY REVIEW AND STRATEGY 2016
IPS undertook a comprehensive capability review process for a department within the Australian Taxation Office. The review provided valuable insight into current and future capability requirements, and the foundation to develop a culture of high performance and service. Our strategy was pivotal in enhancing capabilities and providing a development pathway to meet future capability requirements.
SES LEADERSHIP COACHING PROGRAM 2017
IPS designed and rapidly deployed 47 individual senior executive leadership coaching sessions and facilitated a two-day workshop for a department within the Australian Taxation Office. With a focus on developing a deeper and agreed understanding of the departments leadership attributes an important outcome was for the first time defining the leadership attributes, strengthening team and individual alignment and focus on visible leadership exhibiting the attributes.
WA ABORIGINAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAM 2017
IPS developed a comprehensive program for the WA State Government to strengthen Aboriginal business leaders’ capacity and capability to shape and drive best practice local business. The WAALP program has provided an interactive regional approach to develop a cohort. IPS was engaged to develop, recruit, and manage the complete program and has produced outstanding engagement and results.
