Drove to Seisia and noticed a small family fishing from the wharf. Scotty told me this was where the Torres Straits started. Taking in the sights and the information Scotty was providing, I felt like a tourist in a country I have not yet had the opportunity to explore until now. There are five communities within the NPA. There seems to be a horse for almost every person in the communities there. One came strolling past me after I checked in, his name is now Henry.
I met a dog that would follow me to the restaurant and sit at my door when I was inside. We quickly became friends and his name is now Damian. Got the fright of my life on our last night from a tiny little green frog who thought we could also become friends and get a name, but nope - inside I went, back into the room. I was actually too scared to turn my back on it.
All in all, the whole experience was amazing. I met Scotty for the first time and am proud to be a part of the IPS family.
