- Process review and observation of implementation.
- Stakeholder engagement and interviews
- Identification of cost savings/ efficiencies.
- 9 tool time observations and work completions.
- 10 key improvement areas and opportunity areas identified.
- Identified costs savings of $620,000.00 (Approx 19% of annual labour budget)
- Creation of comprehensive interim/ final reports for confirmed consultant observations and improvements.

A Case Study: Change Management
IPP Implementation within ATO
Project: Delivery of change management workshops and reporting within the ATO.
Audience: Strategic Procurement & Contracts Staff and Line Management.

Objectives:
- Create understanding, activities and outcomes to sustainably embed the IPP within the ATO.
- Design and facilitate change management workshop.
- Create a safe learning environment which empowers reflection, ownership and proactive engagement of IPP.
Outcomes:
- 7 completed workshops (over 105 participants) to date and continuing.
- Over 120 committed actions/ activities to help drive IPP implementation.
- 86% of participants were very focused or extremely focused on complying with the IPP as a direct result of the information presented at the workshop.
